A survey by the British Chambers of Commerce that provides the first overview of what SME businesses in Britain are actually doing to meet the work kife balance needs of their employees. Survey results indicate that they are motivated by the benefits that flexibility can bring.SMEs recognise that there is commercial advantage to be gained in terms of recruitment and retention of staff.
