Quality of Life in the City: a Report on Work-Life Balance in the City of London

This report is the result of qualitative research carried out with focus groups of City workers, directors and partners by Parents at Work in February-March 2001.

The aim of the research was to establish whether maintaining work-life balance is an issue for City workers and - if so - what are the key barriers and solutions to better balance.
