Women and Work - The Facts

Increasing women's participation in the labour market and reducing gender segregation in the workplace is estimated to be worth between £15 billion and £23 billion in the UK economy (1)

Diversity and inclusion are not just women's issues- they are boardroom issues.  Over the lifetime of Opportunity Now we have  seen this moving from being a moral issue about treating people equally  to something which is acknowledges as a genuine business imperative.  There is a growing awareness in organisations that the business case for a diverse and inclusive workforce in irrefutable.
