The Business Case For Diversity

In 2006 Opportunity Now produced the findings of further research into the Business Case for Gender Equality in the Workplace.

The findings compliment  previous research outcomes published in Diversity Dimensions: Integration into Organisational Culture' . 

Once again research into the need for the Business Case provides employers with thought provoking information and statistics.
