The 'Developing Female Engineers' (DFE) project aimed to improve women's participation in the labour market. The research team behind ‘Developing Female Engineers’ aimed to uncover good work practices, codes of conduct and company schemes that encourage both women’s entrance into engineering degrees and careers and retention therein.
