Opportunity Now offers a range of events from national conferences and the Awards Dinner which are open to all to member only working sessions.   Click here  to find out more about becoming a member.

Annual Awards Dinner
The highlight of the diversity calendar, our dinner recognises the commitment and progress made in the gender equality, diversity and inclusion arena and attracts over 500 business and public sector leaders.  The dinner is open to all.

Conferences
National conferences explore key issues and research.  Previous topics include Leadership, Equal Pay, Women's Networks, Empowering Line Managers and Cultural Transformation. Conferences are open to all.

Champion Forums
Focused working sessions including a guest speaker and open exclusively to Corporate Champion members

Diversity Dialogue Series
The Diversity Dialogues are small roundtable sessions chaired by Opportunity Now Membership Services Managers.  They are an opportunity for members in a particular region to meet locally on an informal basis and debate a current issue.  Open only to Opportunity Now members

Equality Academies
The Equality Academy series focuses on learning through networking.  The half day events are cross-sectoral and are staged across the nation to facilitate communication between members in their local regions.  The aim is to provide an informal, confidential forum in which members may share experiences, ideas and support.  Topics cover issues of particular relevance / importance to members and best practice is showcased.  Open to Opportunity Now members with a selection of sessions open to Race for Opportunity members also.

Equal Pay
Taking forward the original Equal Pay Forum sessions run jointly with the Equal Opportunities Commission, this series of events is run in partnership with Eversheds.  The objective of workshops is to advise on and share good practice relating to equal pay.  These events are open to all.

Global Diversity Forum
This series is for employers with diversity responsibilties across a number of countries.  Sessions explore key issues within this context and expert guest speakers are invited to attend.  Sharing knowledge and best practice is also a key element of the programme.  Open to members of Opportunity Now, Race for Opportunity and Business in the Community

Network of Networks
The aim of the Network of Networks is to foster co-operation between employer-based women’s networks. These roundtable events are designed to encourage separate member networks to learn from each other.  Open to Opportunity Now members with a selection of sessions open to Race for Opportunity members also.

Sector Spotlight
This series provides the opportunity for members in a particular sector to talk about sector-specific issues and share solutions in a confidential environment, which recognises and protects potential  issues and sensitivities. Sectors covered include Uniformed Services, Science, Engineering and Technology, Legal Firms, Media Organisations, Retail and Education.  Events are open to members of Opportunity Now and Race for Opportunity
