Annual Awards Dinner
The highlight of the diversity calendar, our dinner recognises the commitment and progress made in the gender equality, diversity and inclusion arena and attracts over 500 business and public sector leaders.  The dinner is open to all.

Conferences
Additional conferences run throughout the annual calendar  focusing on our latest research, the launch of Benchmarking findings or building on elements of our smaller event series such as the NetGain conference on networking and Equal Pay in a Day in partnership with Eversheds.  Conferences are open to all.

Corporate Champion Series
Focused sessions on cutting edge topics open exclusively to Corporate Champion members

Diversity Dialogue Series
The Diversity Dialogues are small roundtable sessions chaired by Opportunity Now Membership Services Managers.  They are an opportunity for members in a particular region to meet locally on an informal basis and debate a current issue.  Open only to Opportunity Now members

Equality Academies
The Equality Academy series focuses on learning through networking.  The half day events are cross-sectoral and are staged across the nation to facilitate communication between members in their local regions.  The aim is to provide an informal, confidential forum in which Opportunity Now members may share experiences, ideas and support.  Topics cover issues of particular relevance / importance to members and best practice is showcased.  Open only to Opportunity Now members

Equal Pay
Taking forward the original Equal Pay Forum sessions run jointly with the Equal Opportunities Commission, this series of events is run in partnership with Eversheds and IDS Diversity at Work.  The objective of workshops is to advise on and share good practice relating to equal pay.  In addition, full day conferences aim to provide a practical overview of this important issue and cover equal pay in a day.  These events are open to all.

Network of Networks
The aim of the Network of Networks is to foster co-operation between employer-based women’s networks. Opportunity Now delivers a calendar of events on behalf of the Network of Networks.  These roundtable events are designed to encourage separate member networks to learn from each other.  In addition, the NetGain conference runs every other year.  The roundtable events are open only to Opportunity Now members.  NetGain is open to all.

Sector Roundtables
One off events are also run in response to the emergence of new issues and legislation or to facilitate links between organisations within a particular sector.  Half day focused sessions cover such topics/sectors as: The Public Duty; Cultural Connections Network; Global Diversity Network; Science, Engineering and Technology Sector; Education Sector; City Financial Sector; Uniformed Services Sector

SET (science, engineering and technology) Roundtables
The Opportunity Now SET Roundtable series brings together practitioners from organisations of the same sector committed to taking action on the gender agenda.  The Roundtable provides the opportunity for members to talk about sector issues and share solutions in a confidential environment, which recognises and protects potential commercial issues and sensitivities.
