Women still only earn 82p for every pound a man earns and this gender pay gap is far wider for part-time working women.
Equal pay is firmly back on the corporate agenda. Equal pay tribunal claims now exceed unfair dismissal claims and employers face the challenge of increasing equity whilst remaining competitive in tough economic conditions. Employers must also be prepared to explain and justify unequal pay. These workshops are intended to help you stay current and share good practice and concerns.
Although led by experts, with PricewaterhouseCoopers making a guest speaker contribution, delegates will need to be willing to share their experiences to get the maximum benefit out of attendance.
