Equal pay is back on the corporate agenda.  Last year, equal pay tribunal claims more than doubled.  If employers are to reduce risk and enhance corporate reputation they must take an active stance on addressing inequality in pay.

Opportunity Now is running two major one day conferences.  Eversheds will partner these full day events which will cover the latest legislation, issues, ideas and practices on all things relating to equal pay.  These conferences are intended to help you tackle the difficult issue of equal pay and, stay up to date with legislation and share good practice and concerns.

This conference is a must for any organisation considering, or in the process of carrying out an equal pay review, and is aimed at employee relations, diversity and HR professionals as well as compensation specialists.

The day will include:

  • New research from the Equality and Human Rights Commission exploring equal pay reviews, with a strong focus on the gender pay gap.
  • A panel discussion to provide expert guidance on the interpretation and practical application of the law.  Anonymous questions to the panel can be submitted with your booking form, however we will take questions from the floor on the day.
  • Practical examples and advice from employers who are excelling in the area of equal pay.
  • Developing a network of employers carrying out equal pay reviews.

Book now to avoid disappointment.
