Terms and Conditions

Opportunity Now will confirm receipt of all booking forms by email.  Payment must be received four full weeks before the event.
Your booking will only be confirmed once we have received payment.

Cancellations confirmed in writing one month before the event will receive a refund less an administration charge of 25% + VAT.

Cancellations made less than one month before the event date are non-refundable.  Substitutions will be accepted at any time and no cancellation fee will be charged.  Non payment or non attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the event and a 100% cancellation charge applies.

The organisers reserve the right to change the programme, speakers and/or venue without prior notice.

* There is a 1.25% merchant banking charge associated with credit card transactions.  As a charity we request that the customer cover this charge which will be added to the final total.
