We regret that we are only able to issue a pro-forma invoice for bookings of 3 places or more. 

Bookings for up to 2 places will receive a link where payment can be made securely using VISA or MASTERCARD. 

Bookings of 3 or more places will receive a pro-forma invoice.

Rates

• Table of 10, £2,750.00 + VAT

• SME, public sector or charity table of 10, £2,500.00 + VAT

• Individual place £275 + VAT

• SME, public sector or charity individual place £250 + VAT
  

Terms and Conditions

Opportunity Now and Business in the Community will confirm receipt of all bookings by email.

Bookings for up to 2 places must be settled by credit card.

Payment must be received four full weeks before the event.  Your booking will only be confirmed once we have received payment.  We reserve the right to refuse admittance if payment has not been received.

Cancellations confirmed in writing one month before the event will receive a refund less a charge of 25% + VAT.

Cancellations made less than one month before the event date are non-refundable.

Substitutions will be accepted at any time and no cancellation fee will be charged.

Non payment or non attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the event and a 100% cancellation charge applies.
Business in the Community reserves the right to change the programme, speakers and/or venue without prior notice.
