Single Equality Scheme
Employers embrace diversity in all its forms and are committed to promoting equality of opportunity taking seriously obligations under the range of equalities legislation.
A Single Equality Scheme brings together policies and guidance to provide for the needs of a range of minority groups, as well as meeting the requirements of various equalities and discrimination legislation on age, disability, race, colour, ethnicity, religion, gender and sexual orientation.
This part of the website is dedicated to sharing with you the approach some of our members are taking.
The Learning Skills Council (LSC) are delighted to share their approach to a Single Equality Scheme.
