Opportunity Now Northern Ireland
Opportunity Now Northern Ireland
Opportunity Now was established in Northern Ireland in 1993 and since then has grown its membership to include 125 private, public and education sector organisations. The campaign receives strategic direction from a board of business leaders led by Paricia Gordon, Chair Opportunity Now NI.
Women make up almost half the workforce in Northern Ireland and more than 50% of all graduates are women. Utilising the skills and abilities of women in the workplace is essential if businesses are to thrive in today's competitive working environment.
Opportunity Now in Northern Ireland provides a comprehensive portfolio of services supporting employers to develop business action plans focussed on promoting gender equality in the workplace.
