 Impact

As Gold Standard members, Credit Suisse is proud to have been regularly recognised by Opportunity Now for the work the Bank is doing to support women at Credit Suisse:-

In 2007, Credit Suisse was short-listed for an Opportunity Now Global Award for ‘Keys to Leadership – Unlocking Potential’, a global four month leadership behavioural development programme targeting high potential female and underrepresented minority middle managers. The key objective of this in-house programme is to retain and develop talent within the Bank.

In 2005, Credit Suisse was Highly Commended for the work of the Parents’ Network ‘Pregnancy to Pre-school’ group.

In 2003, Credit Suisse was awarded both the City Focus and Best Newcomer awards for their ”Empowering Women for Change” programme.

The above are some examples of how Credit Suisse’s commitment to gender equality has a real impact for its employees and clients.  These and other initiatives continue to demonstrate that Credit Suisse is an employer of choice.
